Default OBD2B -> OBD1 IACV

Im running OBD1 ECU -> Jumper Harness -> OBD2B Wiring Harness and OBD1 motor.

How come my Jumper Harness doesn't have this already re-wired? My jumper does not have a wire coming out of B6 but it does have a wire coming out of B23.

Im trying to research how to rewire the IACV from my harnesses 3-wire to the OBD1 2-wire but all I keep finding is this one picture.

Is this the proper diagram for what i'm doing? If this is the proper one, I will remove the orange wire and move the black wire from B6 to B23. But then what do I do on the IACV plug end? Do i cut off my OBD2 plug and sodder the OBD1 plug in?

Which wire do I splice to which? I dont think the 2 wires from the OBD1 plug and the 2 wires from the OBD2 plug match (once you remove the orange wire)

Thanks!
