I had just went through this. It is most defiantly air in your clutch line. My res. was empty so when i checked the Slave cylinder i lifted up the boot and found that the Brake fluid was all inside the boot.
Your gonna have to replace the Slave cylinder but you can get by with just bleeding the system and refilling your reservoir daily until you replace it or find the leak which could be in a line. But the slave cylinder was what my prob was. Shifting was great one moment then couldnt get it into gear the next.
