Just got done installing a set of new High impedance EFI wizard 2000cc. Tuned it out on Q16 and they work great. These are the injectors to get if you want to run Q16 or VPimport. EFI wizard even makes 650cc 750cc 1000cc & 2000cc all high impedance. Cant wait to go racing. Ill keep this post updated w results or maybe someone can chime in.

they are on par if not better than the ID's we are going to be doing some testing soon, so we can have some actually data for everyone to see, but the 2000s out perform the ID's hands down when used with q16 and import, the internals are different and are not affected by the mtbe additive.

yes they do, they are the latest in injector technology with similar characteristics to the id's were are working to get videos of a few cars running and idling with the 1000s and 2000s, i pmed u also

I dont thank the 2000 do but i have heard that the 1000 are ok with q16.I was going to buy a set of the id2000 til i found they did not like q16.

You cant run Q16 or VP Import with the ID2000 but you can still run C16 and higher. Bump for more info on these injectors.

you mean q16, c16 can be ran, and we were all perfectly fine before q16 came out. But yes its kinda lame but i just bought mine....and im not running q16 anyways.

I myself am a huge fan of q16. I have been running q16 since 07 and I will never return back to c16. VP import is also another great fuel, VP import has been around since 04 I believe maybe even earlier. It is not like these are new fuels. They are new to the ones that didnt know about them but not new to the industry at all. Why anyone would run c16 when q16 is available is beyond me.


To clear some things up in here, you can use q16 and import with the ID1000's. You just cant run q16/vp import with the ID2000's due to the internal of the injectors components not being able to deal with the MTBE additive.

I have tuned a few cars with the EFI wizard injectors over the last couple weeks and have had great success with them. 2 of the cars were on the 2000's and q16 and I saw no issues at all.
