Default Rear defrost not working

What's some ways to troubleshoot this problem? The switch lights up when you push the button, but nothing happens to the window. I dont think the car ever had tint on it, as my old EG sedan did, when i took the tint off the back window i scratched some of the lines and they didnt work. On my EF, none of them work lol. I was thinking about getting another hatch from the junkyard but i dont want to spend the money unless i have to. Any ideas?

You're going to need a new one without damaged tracks.

there is a kit you can get to fix the window.thats if you can find where they are scratched.my rear window only has one line working.need to see if i can find the scratches.you might have a bad connection from the switch to rear window.being you have nothing working on the glass.
