Default where is the fuel pump relay located on 99 civic hatch?

I have a 1999 Honda Civic Hatchback. But for some strange reason i get no power to my fuel pump. The 15 amp fuse is perfectly fine. Just wondering if any one tell me where the fuel pump relay is located under the dash. Thanks..

Correct.

You already checked whether hood fuse 44 is blown. Now check whether dash fuses 31 or 13 is blown.

Well I found the fuel pump relay in the glovebox area. It is working properly. But I'm not getting power to my fuel pump. I used my power probe to send 12v to the pump. It turns on. I check all the fuses and they are good. Any ideas any one??

Do you have spark?

How did you check the three main relay fuses?

Is the CEL on?

Well that's the other thng no spark either. Pulled the plug wire out and checked for spark nada!! I don't hear the fuel pump turning on either. Yes CEL is on. U said "ron" to check the 3 main fuses under the hood. How do I go about doing that?

Sand clean the important ground connected to the thermostat housing and then tighten it back up.

Replace all three with known good fuses.

my other questions is that will this ground on the thermostat housing cause the fuel pump not to prime properly. as of now the fuel pump doesnt prime either. and i checked all the fuses etc..and the actual fuel pump relay. and they seem good. i just hope for the best 2mro.

If the thermostat ground wire is disconnected, loose, or corroded, then you will have neither spark nor fuel.

alright...let me give u the low down on my car first of all....besides the fact is has no spark and the fuel pump doesnt turn on...

its a 99 CTR right hand drive.
the motor is a complete swap motor, trans, ecu, harness, axels. and is a 98-SPEC

I THINK THATS MY PROBLEM..MY SWAP IS A 98-SPEC BUT MY CAR IS A 99..AFTER ALOT OF TESTING WITH VOLT METER. I FOUND OUT THAT THE PLUG THE CONNECTS TO MY DRIVER SIDE FIRE WALL. WHICH GOES TO THE DIZZY.HASNT DIFFERENT COLORS AND 2 PINS ARE NOT PRESENT.

SO MY QUESTIONS IS..... CAN I RE WIRE WHAT I HAVE NOW WITH MY 98-SPEC ENGINE BAY HARNESS TO WORK WITH MY 99 DIZZY HARNESS THE COMES FROM THE FIRE WALL?

OR DO I NEED TO GET THE PROPER 99 ENGINE BAY HARNESS TO MATCH UP WITH MY 99 PLUG?

HELP....???

THE MOTOR IS B16B

I DID CLEAN THE GROUND ON THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND I BOUGHT A NEW OEM MAIN RELAY FROM HONDA AND REPLACED IT. THATS WHEN I STARTED TO NOTICE THE COLOR CHANGE IN THE HARNESS PLUG THAT IS ON THE DRIVER SIDE SHOCK TOWER. I BELEIVE THE TACK WIRE "BLUE WITH A SMALL PLUG" IS IN THAT AREA AS WELL.

the colors dont match up. and i believe 2 or 3 wires are missing from the engine bay harness plug..

Any CEL codes? Or does the CEL remain on steady even with the service connector jumped?

Does the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil and ICM in the distributor have battery voltage?

Does the main relay get power on three wires coming from fuses 44, 31, and 13?

Generally, a solid CEL (=code 0) is caused by a power or ground wire problem for the ECU, or a bad ECU. It could be that, due to differences between the 99 and 98 wire harnesses, the power and ground wires are not pinned correctly to the ECU.

Even if the dizzy is not wired correctly, the fuel pump should still prime.

Ok so i switched out the engine bay harness that came with the jdm b16b swap. I replaced it with a USDM gsr engine bay harness. The dizzy plugs matched up. Which are the "big style plug" and no i get spark....

But still no priming of the fuel pump. I already replaced the main relay with a OEM piece. But wen i send a 12v power source to the fuel pump it turns on.

IS my fuel pump bad???

But the motor fires right up now with the help of a 12v source

HELP..........
