Can you audibly hear the lock solenoid operate everytime you press on the brake?
If not, you need to check for available voltage at the solenoid which means you have to remove the console. Any signs of liquid intrusion? Soda or coffee spills? This seems to happen alot... Refresh my memory if you can, 05 accord= Drive by wire/ E-throttle? If so, id say the TPS thing is a normal backup/failsafe for the ecu. Is your Brake switch a 4 pin/wire switch?
