Default 89 Integra suspension

is there a way to lower a 89 Integra? It has a torsion bar front end and I can't find any place that sells lowering stuff for it.

I have an 89. There is a 17 mm adjusting bolt that lets you loosen the tension on the torsion bar. By adjusting it, you can raise it or lower it. The rear uses regular springs, I have tokico shocks and rear springs. One problem though is that the stock torsion bar is soft so when lowering them, the shocks start to bottom out on big bumps. Upgrade motoring sells stiffer torsion bars.
