Mobile 1(5qts for $22.00 from Walmart!) all the way!
I'm running a set of Pro2 cams & S2 Pro Series valvetrain meaning more stress and more wear so I do mine every 2K or so on Mobile 1 Fully Synthetic.

Amsoil 10w-30, fully sythetic is the only way to go. I was running royal purple but realized how much better Amsoil is. It can last upwards of 15,000 miles if your not racing your car. great oil and great MPG. No offence but Mobil 1 is crap but if your on a budget I guess its fine.

well for me its mobil 1 with hamps oil filter and my oil always comes out clean
whatever you use just always maintain your and youll be good and
the number that you see (10w or 5w-30) is for the weather the 10 is for summer and 5 is for winter but as for right now honda engines are getting better so 5 is fine
