Obd2 is doable (I have a customer doing a 0-2b right now). I would go 0bd1 for sure though. Its much easier/cheaper. http://www.rywire.com

Convert to obd1, you can use your obd2 dizzy and injectors, just eliminate the crank sensor then get a obd0-obd1 conv. harness for the obd1 ecu that you'll also need and wire everything up like a normal b-series swap also don't forget to eliminate the resistor box......

It doesn't matter what obd your motor is. The only difference between your motor and a obd1 motor is that you have a crank angle sensor on your crank gear, just remove it and consider your **** obd1.... Then for ease of installation get your self a skunk2 Intake manifold. Take the engine harness that your car came with and put it on, cut off the injector plugs & the distributor plug from the gsr engine harness and wire that up to your engine harness that came with the car then make a sub-harness for your V-tec oil press. switch, vtec solenoid, and knock sensor... Run that harness inside the car and plug it into the obd0-obd1 conv. harness that you also need to get, then plug in a obd1 P72, P61, or a chipped P28 ECU....

Also on your engine harness you need to eliminate your resistor box, just depin the wires from the green plug and repin them into the gray plug with the cap on it, take it from the gsr engine harness.... Get some engine mounts from HAsport (hydro-cable conv. kit) so you can use your gSr trans.

Word. Pretty much summed it up. But for the record, you can run the OBD0-2 conversion harness with no issues what so ever.
