9.72@147 Testing in my 98 Neon
This is our first successful test session since switching to Haltech PS 1000 and the larger cam shafts. Car weighs between 2350-2400 with me in it. We still aren't launching it as hard as the 60's where in the low 1.5x range on average before. It's been 6.2's in the 1/8th also when I was tuning it on the stock SRT-4 PCM and smaller cams. Plans are to get a better converter soon and eventually a PTE 7285. Also my short block is worn out and I plan to build a high comp aluminum rod engine this off season.
Jist of mods:
Pump E85
FIC 2150s
Haltech PS 1000 tuned by me
Long rod 8.5:1 2.4
Old School AMMFAB head
Crane 24 cams
3 speed auto
Old converter
S471
Next time out I will run more bottle pressure and spray the car all the way through first and we will ramp the boost in much faster too. This track isn't known for being the best.

Pic before we put OEM headlights back in and finished blocking off upper gap between lights (just so people know what the outside looks like):
