Thread revival?

I went to an unprepped street night at a local track..

I went 7.71 @ 91 mph. 463whp 94 integra. Boost by gear. 10lbs 1st, 14 second, 18 third. 23 inch m&h slicks

I really wanted to hit 7’s and did, so I am happy about that. I feel like I can do a lot better.

i need to figure out how to launch. Two step is at like 4200, the car kept bogging off the line.

No idea on 60 foot, they weren’t giving out time slips. Tower verified my time though

The most efficient way to walk that fine line between bogging and spinning is to install a clutch hit control device...

...Tilton Flow Control Valve- LINK
...Clutch Masters Flow Control Valve- LINK
...Magnus Launch Control Device- LINK
...ClutchTamer- LINK
...ClutchTamer HitMaster System- LINK

Some work better than others, but this style of mod is the best bang for the buck manual transmission/drivetrain "upgrade" you can make for the dragstrip.

Thanks man. Ive not dyno tuned the car yet, so I’ve been keeping it in safe zones so far. I have found that a good street tune will get things very close, it’s just getting to powerful to control and tune on the street safely any further with a dyno. I’m just guessing my power levels based on ET’’s and speeds.

First time out with the new car. Bogged a bit at launch and spinning in second.

Had been over 6 years since my last pass down a track. Could use a little more seat time.
