Weird Clutch Issue -Please help troubleshoot
Hi I posted this in the FI section and was told I'd have more luck in here.
Thanks for any assistance
First off- I have a new Howe Racing pull slave cylinder to clear my down pipe as seen here-
https://www.howeracing.com/p-7757-cl...-cylinder.aspx
Fluid I am using Pentosin Dot 4 LV here-
http://www.pentosin.net/f_brakefluid.asp
New Nissin Clutch Master cylinder
New Competition Clutch Ironman and pressure plate
When I shift at high rpm with the turbo spooled/in boost, the clutch pedal will lose all pressure and just stay on the floor when I press it. The clutch stays engaged, i.e. I can accelerate even with the clutch pedal on the floor.
I can pull it up with my foot and as I slow down/lower rpm, if I pump it with my foot pressure returns. This does not happen when I drive slowly/ in vacuum.
I see no leaks in the system when I look, and am not losing hydraulic fluid that I can see.
Gravity bled and vacuum bled the system to no avail.
-Am I boiling my fluid?
-Are the seals in the slave gone?
-Is the pressure plate pooched?
-Any other suggestions?
Thank you very much for any input, this is frustrating to say the least.

Pull style slave cylinders are prone to issues like this. You need to make sure it is bled 100%. The nature of the beast will potentially aerate the hydraulic fluid when vacuum is applied.
Pull the boot back on the slave if you can to inspect closely for leaks.
How is Victoria? I miss it, a lot.

first off, thank you for everyone's input.
I pulled the slave off and swapped in a Honda Prelude slave and the issue has resolved. Using the same fluid I might add.
What was interesting was when I was bleeding the pull slave, I would have a friend pump the clutch pedal a few times and then when I opened the bleeder the fluid would be very foamy.
Anyway that's that fixed.
Victoria is pretty good! Rained for the first time today in a loooong time, its getting a little crowded with Langford hillbillies though now hah
