00 Civic codes P1399, P1298, P0135, P0141, P1768
Hello my wifes Civic is acting up. It randomly started idling very rough. Not stalling but it is vibrating heavy and feels like it is not running on all cylinders at idle. It seems to run o.k. at medium to high RPM's. We took it to zone and it pulled up the following codes.
P1399 Random cylinder misfire
P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P0135 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction
P1768 Lock up in clutch does not engage - Stuck in 4th gear
My immediate thought was IAC so I pulled that out and cleaned it as well as the TBI, but that did not seem to help at all. All the tune up stuff is pretty current, but I checked plugs and wires and they seem fine. It was not displaying a CEL before it started idling so rough, and has been running fine before it did this. The valves need adjusted but that is the only other thing wrong with the car. Cannot make much more sense out of the codes, appears it would be one of the main control sensors or valves, but they are all pretty expensive so I want to try to get it right the first time.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Fuse 15 is operational. Cranked it up after it sat all night and it idled fine for a second and then got rough again. Acts like its getting a bad reading from something and then the computer cant get the motor in line.

Check fuse 15 with a test light or multimeter. Click the Fuses link in my signature.
Reset the ECU by removing the 7.5A Back Up fuse for about 3 minutes. Then run the engine to see which of the codes repeats.

After reset it pulls up a code 10, which is IAT. It seems to run the same with IAC or IAT unplugged as it does with them hooked up.

Home scan pulled up code 10, replaced IAT, no change in performance. Reset rescans at home the same, but take it to AZ and it pulls up

p0300 random cylinder misfire
p0303 cylinder 3 misfire
p0301 cylinder 1 misfire

so all the o2s/eld/trans codes are gone?
all that's left is the misfire codes and your rough idle?

Put in a new coil, no difference. Timing is fine, plugs are getting spark. It seems like its mis firing the whole time but will have a bad hick up and then seems like it is about to stall. I'm thinking distributor, pressure regulator, or ECM?

umm few things i've had go bad are coils and ignitors. but more so with the previous gen civic.
you wouldn't by chance have a pressure gauge to hook up real quick and check fuel pressure would you?
if we have spark, at least intermittently, and have consistent fuel pressure. we can start narrowing down things.
