CEL Code...HT need your Input please.
So here is the deal. A couple months ago i had several CEL codes and they are as follows.
12-(ERG) Exhaust gas recirculation lift valve
41- Primary Oxygen sensor heater
48- Lean Air fuel Sensor
71- Random misfire Cylinder 1
72- Random misfire cylinder 2
73- Random misfire cylinder 3
74- Random misfire Cylinder 4
Since then i have Cleaned the IACV, and the EGR and Chamber plate. I have also Replaced both the wideband o2 Sensor, and the downstream O2 sensor. My car is idling rough, so i adjusted the Idle Screw and either it hunts for an idle or it vibrates me to death. There is no happy medium smooth idle. So I just checked my CEL again and i still have CEL # 41 Primary Oxygen Sensor Heater. Also if this helps I am getting Horrible Gas Mileage....Anyone Have any Idea what could be causing this?
My thoughts are
EGR valve is bad (i disconnected it and it did not change the idle at all.)
Bad Spark Plugs? (dunno if this could cause bad MPG's)
Please Give me your Input on this matter!!!
Thanks HT

How did you check the fuse? Do you measure battery voltage from both small metal tabs located at the top of the fuse?
If the fuse is fine, check whether the O2 heater element power wire is getting battery voltage with the key in ON(II) and whether the O2 heater element ground wire that runs to the ECU has an open.
