How ro replace VTEC pressure switch (Solenoid)
My VTEC doesn't kick like it used to. It still starts at the right RPM but just doesn't give the push it used to. I heard replacing the pressure switch or VTEC solenoid might help. Is that true?

By your thread title, i'm not sure if you're confused or not. Did you mean, vtec soleniod, or vtec oil pressure switch, because they are two different things. The solenoid doesn't measure pressure. That's what the pressure switch is for.
