Yes and no. he gave me som money on top and the cohpe wasnt in best of conditions. Ive been wanting an ef for a bit so i traded haha

Bought some Rota MSRs that were painted with plasti dip and i cleaned em up a bit.

Why would you need to hack up the timing belt cover? All I did was loosen the bolts on the top and the middle of the lower timing belt cover so you can get an extension in there with the 14mm or 17mm...

Don't know how helpful this is gonna be but use all the mounts from your CRX. I did this in my 91 hatch and realized before I stuck the motor in that I had to take the EG mount by the timing belt off...
