A little history first, I’ve always liked Honda’s, my first car was a 97 Accord with a busted auto transmission. Ended up swapping a manual into that one and kinda learned a lot of my wrenching skill...

R18 oil pan removale

Any write up on removing the oil pan? I've searched but no luck :/
Mostly I just want to know if the subframe will need to be lowered like with the k20 (si). Thanks in advance

U also need to figure out the difference in throttle bodies, z3 is drive by wire, a3 is cable. From wat i understand the intake manifolds are slightly diffrent.
Side note: im in search of a k20z3...

Bought a 08 civic si from the auction today. Car had damage to oil pan. Dropped the pan and pulled a bearing cap, crank is toast.
I live in cali, i will need to pass smog as well as a vin...

I was able to feel it. Not crazy but is wasn't entirely smooth. Crank was smooth and shiny. Did a compression test 220-220-150-230 had to pass but wondering if i should go back any get it. Seller...

You need manual trans mount, si rear mount, all clutch (pedals, lines ect..) parts, b series axles and shift linkage. Also you will have to modify your wiring harness. To keep your a/c use the Honda...
