Obviously you do not need a lot of HP to rev your car or drive it fast, I was clearly making a educated guess that you could be doing that, even if you do not have a lot of HP you can still drive...

I was looking at my Idle when I'm at a stop light or after I start my car and let it warm up for a little bit, and its at 1k RPM, When I am tuning it should I set it about 750 for normal every day...

I had the same problem with mine when i bought it a while back, there was a header job done on my 90 acura int (if thats the right term) im new to this. and it stopped it from leaking on the outside...
