@Bad_dude: I shorted the blue connector, the D4 light stays solid on. No code (?)

@totalaccord: It's actually dry, no signs of moisture on the carpet or TCU.

If I leave the engine running for about 10 minutes, the temperature gauge starts oscillating between medium and max at a pretty fast rate. I've never seen this happening so I wonder if it's normal....
