What I would do if my car had that problem: ignore it and learn to accept the car's small and simple fault. I don't trust fuel gauges much anymore anyways :P

You can also use an h22 head on the f23 block, there's enough information on the internet to figure out how to do it right. Great torque and enough power to keep up with, if not pull on a stock K20....

I would say replace the water pump while you're at it, just for added safety and so you don't have to worry about it again for a while. Other than that, get an OEM or quality OE replacement,...

A4 is for the VTEC solenoid and D6 is for the VTEC pressure switch. Run a wire from each of them to their respective areas.

$1400 for a non vtec single cam is a lot. Do what madmike suggests and do a compression test to make sure you're not replacing a good engine.

Search. Use google. It can be done for well under $1000 and it'll be able to run with h22's and have more torque. Bolt ons add extra power.
