i believe there is no fuse invovled in this if all the other components of the radio are functioning. it is definitely the antenna, check if your car's antenna is tightly screwed to the pole or check...

i agree with this guy^^^ if its not the fuse it is definitely the (if im not mistaken) yellow wire behind the radio which recieves power from the battery when the switch is turned off..
