check fuses cause if your hazards still work your flasher relay thing is still good if the fuse is good then you turn signal switch is probably bad.

What do you mean no idea what to do first? is it running? or are you talking performance parts? intake and exhaust are always a quick first just because of how easy they are hints the name "bolt on...

I just bolted a 00 civic ex trans to a 91 JDM SOHC non vtec ZC. No problems and no modifications.
