Don't know if it would fit a d15b. You can go to your local auto parts store and see if they have a d16a6 intake manifold gasket and yours to see if they match up. Sorry wish I knew more.

The instruction manual is missing but you can get it off a website ( http://www.musiccityrodshop.com/zexpdf/82011.pdf ) Comes with new switch since I lost the original somewhere.

I don't think this will bolt up on a y8. You'd have to cut your y8 intake manifold and this, then weld it together. I'm not sure about the TPS you may have to swap them and calibrate it.

Sorry for your loss. If you haven't heard anything by now I bet who ever stole it is parting it out. Few of my buddies have had theres stolen and have gotten out of the Honda scene since then.
