The light on the computer flashes once then once agin then 8 times.n auto zone dont test past 96 now

It takes a few cranks to start the car. idk where the cranksensor is tho.

I have a 90 crx -d15b2- 5 speed It's all stock. I haven't changed anything on the car. One day the check engin light came on and now it won't go over 3500 rpms. i've checked everything i can think...
