Garret T3/T4 turbo, not sure of exact specs similar to a GT30 good to about 400hp. SPA B18 cast manifold with custom wastegate dump, and a small Ebay Wastegate 10lb spring. Asking 500 for everything,...

If it just clicks when you go to crank it, and the batter is good, it is most likely a faulty starter
