Yeah man I live in Lima and I'll P.M. maybe you can come out and take a look..
I am getting "no" CEL's.
I did pull out all the plugs it seemed like the motor droped in idle then idled itself up....

Ok, I did it tonight. Sorry it took me so long to get back with you been working alot. But I did all 4 and all reacted the same. So I did it a few more time every time I unpluged one the motor acted...

It looks like the metal brace that holds the two steel wires together is sitting at an angle and when the e brake is pulled it rest up against the brake, maybe the problem? The switch under the brake...
