If you are looking for the piece that braces the inside mounts of the lower control arms then you can use a 4th gen prelude bar (beaks, DC, vibrant, etc...) and buy the two lower control arm bolts...

Buy a h23 tensioner setup or kazenspeed, at this point I wouldnt trust the hydraulic tensioner. Allot of people dont even trust the hydraulic ones brand new and properly installed.
