Weird RSX problem, won’t go over 1500 when floored

So I bought someone’s failing project (bad idea) and have no contact with previous owner.

it's an 02 rsx with a crv block and type s head. It has an aem wideband and running hondata kpro v4.

yup, I know that my bolts are one time use, I never have reused them, i know the torque specs.. I look into the head being warped, I sure the hell hope not

yeah they certainly did. I dont know how I could come home one day with smoke pouring out from under my hood and out of my exhaust and my fuel just randomly got rich out of no-where. The water...

no im looking into getting one actually, but I dont at the moment. My car was tuned 1,000 miles ago, I would hope that the tune wouldnt have gotten thrown off that easy :/

he already bought it from what I gathered.. and it has a moonroof, thats something people will do to fake an si, but its usually the one thing people wont do.

first off the motor is a d16zc (sohc vtec)...
