When I first pulled it apart I noticed that it had been ate completely through the plastic. I just didnt think that it would actually rub the belt. timing cover is completely on at the bottom.

I had the timing a few degrees retarted. Fixxed that problem, but then on the way home I lost all electrical power. Anyone know what that might be?
