94 Accord problems after timing belt change.
Hello everyone, I really need your help. All input is greatly appreciated.
After I changed the timing belt and all components the motor has no power unless it's a 1,800 rpm or more. It spits and sputters and acts like it's misfiring but after 1,800 rpm it sounds perfectly normal. Even at full throttle it takes like 5 to 10 seconds to get to 1,800 rpm though. Also it started off idling rough raising and lowering not crazy loud but probably to like 3,500rpm. Now it's idling really low and it cuts off when you put it in gear.
I bought my wife a 94 honda accord LX F22b2 automatic. When I bought it the mileage said 135,xxx when the mileage got to 135,999 and was about to hit 136,000 the odometer quit rolling. About a week later (yesterday) I was driving the car to work and the car shut off, no loud noises, nothing abnormal. Well to start off I thought it might be the cap and rotor button, so I checked the plugs and they were covered in oil. I went and bought plugs and a valve cover and grommet set. When I was changin the balve cover I checked the timing belt and low and behold it's broke. Never in my life have I changed a timing belt on a honda, and I have allways had a buddy of mine around to walk me through it.
So I changed the Timing Belt, Balance shaft belt, cam and balance shaft belt tensioners, and the water pump. Well This was my first time doing a timing belt by myself and the first time ever on an accord. I had the 6x100mm in the back holding the balance shaft in place and forgot to remove it before telling my brother to hit the switch and make sure I wasn't 180 degrees out. I don't know if that might have messed something up inside or not. I really don't know anything about balance shafts. Also when I pulled the old plugs all of the oil went down into the cylinders I haven't checked to see if they might have fouled yet or not but I will in the morning. Other than those two things the only other things I can think of is either I did the timing wrong or a piston smacked a valve.
Anyone know what could be causing these problems?

I had the timing a few degrees retarted. Fixxed that problem, but then on the way home I lost all electrical power. Anyone know what that might be?

Maybe the engine ground cable is not connected? I heard that could cause some weird electrical problems when its removed from a timing belt job...

Re: 94 Accord problems after timing belt change.
I am currently doing the same job for a 94 EX and for some reason i keep screwing up the timing. It starts fine but when i accelerate the car feels like its pulling a 20,000 pound beluga whale. I'll eventually get it. Have you noticed if your power steering fluid is overflowing? I am currently having that problem. I think i may have screwed up my pump. I currently have a thread open too about this. Maybe someone can help me out here...

There's a also engine ground wire that bolts to the driverside IM. If that one is loose or not hook up, car will not start at all.
