Thanks bro, turns out the fluid was low. I`m just not sure why. I dont see any visible leaks. Also can I bleed it right off of the master cylinder? Looks like the easiest place to do it. Thanks...

This is all i can find on a search.
Window crank turns a spool which unwinds and winds a cable to pull the window up and down. This part is called a regulator. Your window regulator has failed...

I havent seen any leaks. I did run it with the cap off and the heater on high for about 1/2 hour to bleed it. The fan does turn on sometimes but I went outside to heat it up real good and the fan...
