89 honda accord lx-i help

hope im postimg this in the right area...i have a 89 lx-i and it seems to not have any balls...a20a3 i believe whats in it...and when i drive it then shut it off it tries to die on start up stutters...

1989 accord lxi 5 gear blown

Just got a 89 accord and the 5 gear is blown, as if it was another neutral its a 5 speed. How ddo I fix this is it difficult to do and what 5 gear do I need to put in it...please help

ok so i took the car to a strickley import machanic and they told me that the whole cluster needed to be replaced........should i shoot for that or shall i try slapping a new vss in there....or is...

I was also told by a mechanic that it dosnt have a vss and then a auto parts store said it does so now I'm hella confused

I have a 1998 acura cl 2.3 coupe with auto trans, my speedometer is stuck at 20mph and sometimes moves when drivin how do I fix this I'm not sure where the vss is on the car or could it be somthin...

also would it be smart to slap a different tranny on it i dont know what tranny but i here that some tranys make i big difference

ok but i still havnt had any input from anybody to sqeez a liitle more power out of the car like i said is there a different intake manifold i can slap on it to get more power like of an ex or...

ok so i have decided to swap the head on the sohc non vtec and slap the head off of a D16z6...what all do i need to make this go as smooth as possible...ecu? head gasket? oil line? exc........???

ok so i did all that and everythimg seemed fine but i let it run for about 3 min and the fuse for the alternator keeps poping...i dont know whats cousing it...i checked all the fuses and found the...

do i remove it when its running or when its off..and the back light fuse is located under the hood right

yep that did the trick no more surges and the speedometer works...but i still have a check engine light on?

wow.......but anyways i dont want to go dohc this is a project car i want to build a sohc....and i was just wondering what i can do to it with out going into the block. i will be going into the blck...
