list the weld parameters you were using. ie torch angle, filler rod size/type, tungsten size, amps, metal thickness, ect.

your rod may be too small for the amperage you are using or it is possible...

Just do a quick nut/bolt on the car and look at things in more detail if you notice any damage on something. May want to recheck the alignment as well.

Looks fine to me but you could have done a few things differently and finished much quicker. You had a few redundant construction lines ect. that could have been left out but the way you did the part...

This is partly true, a Pusher fan is far more inefficient than a puller and it will actually block flow while car is moving. If you plan to go this route make sure you get a more powerful fan.

the conlusion that you came to is fairly correct. Look into hardrace units for your car. I have junk2 on my car right now and they will all suffer the same issues. I would just use stockers and lower...

Run in SMF with the rest of the swapped street hondas. Technically the Tar removal makes you illegal for this class but nobody will care at a local event.
