another with this issue. I use the cheap HF for mig and got a nice fixed shade 10 jackson for tig welding.

list the weld parameters you were using. ie torch angle, filler rod size/type, tungsten size, amps, metal thickness, ect.

your rod may be too small for the amperage you are using or it is possible...

Just do a quick nut/bolt on the car and look at things in more detail if you notice any damage on something. May want to recheck the alignment as well.

Looks fine to me but you could have done a few things differently and finished much quicker. You had a few redundant construction lines ect. that could have been left out but the way you did the part...

If you bring the legs in a bit you can work around the fuel lines but I ended up removing them and the break lines as well to keep the cage tight to the chassis. If you google search around a bit you...

This is partly true, a Pusher fan is far more inefficient than a puller and it will actually block flow while car is moving. If you plan to go this route make sure you get a more powerful fan.

I have the aluminum drums on the rear of my Crx. There are also aluminum HF drums from the gen1 crx out there that will fit.

the conlusion that you came to is fairly correct. Look into hardrace units for your car. I have junk2 on my car right now and they will all suffer the same issues. I would just use stockers and lower...

you searched and found "nothing" on camber... You might try looking a little deeper as I know for a fact there is several topics on more camber within the first several pages in the RR/AX subforum....

Run in SMF with the rest of the swapped street hondas. Technically the Tar removal makes you illegal for this class but nobody will care at a local event.
