From what I've read, you can adjust the ride height, but not the dampening (I would imagine they would keep that option exclusively for the Pro-C's). I've been looking at those too. What's the price...

I think the biggest thing is removing the front cowl on the car. after that everything seems cake. But I haven't installed coilovers just yet, I'm still on the hunt for a good set.
