CEL for a faulty A/F sensor 1. (wtf is that)

have a cel and took car to autozone, apparently i have a fault A/F sensor plug or shorted wiring, and all is well and i can fix it if i knew where and what the hell that was, anything?

my specs are from 125-180 is good and within 25 of eachother. new distibutor and it fired up

I have a 97 honda civic EX with a d16yb stock motor.
I ran a compression test today and my results were as follows
cyl1 180. cyl2 150. cyl3 165 cyl4 165.

it was my yellow/black wire that runs from PCM to relay to injectors/IACV. the F/I fuse in the underhood fuse compartment 15A

Ok from start till recent.
1.I had a grounded wire by the intake manifold bracket which kept blowing a fuse. found it and fixed it.
2.it started right up and i let it run for a little while to...

cams move. timing belt is great. and i can't hold my finger over the spark plug hole while cranking, too much pressure. so i'm guess my compression is ok. my spark is hella weak though, i don't know...

i've gone through two brand new batteries. and it still dropped don'e to 9.5v. maybe this is what is required.

i';m not sure if either is broken, just preparing for the worse. Car won't start and it seems to be trying to start uber fast which would mean loss of compression...
