Re: Part Identification (PIC included)

Also, if you say this is part of the factory alarm system, and i have it on my car, wouldn't that mean that my car came w/ a factory alarm? I'm no sherlock homes, but i would assume it does.

Re: Part Identification (PIC included)

Because my car won't start. I've replaced everything except for this (starter, ignition, clutch switch), and it still wont start. I searched my manual and am assuming that this is the last piece to...

Part number for starter cut relay (PIC included)?

Included in the pic below, boxed in red is the Starter Cut Relay. I've taken this printout to Autozone and Oreillys, along w/ the relay itself. None of them could figure out a matching part, mostly...

Re: Starting Issues (94 Civic)

power wire to starer is 12v, and the small wire doesn't have any corrosion, I also cleaned all the terminals and applied dielectric grease to all connections for the starter.

A/C Issues

1994 Honda Civic EX, bone stock

Starting to get into the 90s here and it seems that my AC doesn't work well in the heat. At night, or if its cloudy, it's decent enough to handle, its decent, but...

Re: Swap problems

just checked my manual, it seems the red evap wire @ A20 is also a ground.

Think about it this way, It's easier for the ecu to complete a ground signal for each sensor, than to supply a 12V, so im...

Re: Swap problems

yes, wire it to a 12v+ and it should cure your problems, unless your CEL is caused by something else.

if I remember, an IAB CEL can cause your car to go into limp mode, causing it to bog and not...

Re: Swap problems

that black/yellow wire is a 12V+, not a ground. the pink/blu wire goes to the ECU which completes the circuit @ 5750 rpms (or something like that), and then activates the IABs. My pink wire was...

Re: 94 Civic Clutch Issue

The leak is engine oil....NOT brake fluid.

I can't determine where the leak is coming from, but I can guarantee it's not from the clutch system. I've checked it religiously since bleeding the...

Re: 94 Civic Clutch Issue

checked out the leak again, its engine oil...and I think its coming from the rear main seal. There is no leakage from the clutches hydraulic system, and the level is still full. I just dont...

Re: B18B + manual trans swap into 93 EG, Automatic!

the welding he is probably referring to is the trans mount bracket. The trans mount on auto vehicles is significantly higher than the manual. You can either cut the bracket from a manual car and...
