I agree. i had alittle oil in my one hole that i thought i cleaned out. yep it put so much pressure on the threads that it pulled the stud up and out. be careful for that. make sure those holes are...

my shop price for assembling b-series long blocks is $250 (in NEPA). If machining is needed, prices vary depending on how much you bore, cut, etc.. machine shop time can vary from $80-$500 dollars...

just pull the pan man. it'll make you feel better when you know theres nothing in there thats not suppose to be. Did you try threading in a OE plug? you still may need to tap for oversized or just...
