you may need new bushings if u remove it completely piece by piece the more u keep the whole section whole the better off u will be not replacing old bushings and be sure to grab the proportioning...

cheapest way would be to get a y8 ecu (no immobilizer)and limp to the station .. it would run the car efficiently enough to get there. don't be cracking vtec.. swap ecu's back when ur done going...

that hole in ur manifold goes to the PVC... you would need 6,4, and 3 if the nipple still is not in the black box...you will need 7 too if u don't have any hose to connect... you can buy ur own hose...

high hydro carbons means unburnt fuel... that would mean your catalytic converter isn't not working efficiently.. probably needs replaced. also be sure to run the fuel the car is designed for 87. if...

its your mechanical timing being off causing it to bog ... yes that is the correct gear it only goes on one way.... it need to skip about 3 or more teeth before running into valve damage... you...

that timing belt is WAYYY too loose your mechanical timing could be off... id fix that and do a valve adjustment... that is also the wrong cam gear if that is a y7 head. you MUST use a y7 cam gear...

sounds like ur getting a misfire of some sort causing this code... id do a compression test on the motor. sounds like u have engine failure...I hope u have receipts and someone will warranty their...

those cheap aluminum shifters are junk.... I recommend buying something decent if u get a short shifter... I have a sk2 shifter and it has been great so far with es bushings

a b16 ecu would probably be enough to get you through as long as ur still using stock 240cc injectors. the ecu must be a USDM ecu ; JDM ecu's will not work either...

you need to be using a y8 cam gear or rotate ur cam 4.5 degrees. z6 cam has a different tdc and gear then the y8. same teeth count but the key offset is different..

that dizzy wiring is probably screwing it up.. u can use a y7 or y8 distributor on a z6 head just the top bolt lines up and is sufficient enough to work and not leak as long as the O ring is good

to run an auto it has to be a p2p I assume or a p2e... you wont have a crank sensor or knock sensor for the p2p...

if u use stock pistons to bump compression you will be limited to only using stock rods as they are a press pin setup vs aftermarket floating pin style pistons
