Has your fuel filter been replaced? It's possible it's the filter or o2 sensor.

Start with the main relay. If the problem persists, start looking at the distributor. Is this a LX, DX, or EX?

The rear doesn't affect the front. They are you throwing you for a loop. Maybe someone else can chime in on how adjusting the toe will vastly change the camber like it did in your situation.

Check the signal wire that goes to the top of the starter. You may have knocked it loose since you were in that area.

Sitting at 499k original engine, 5-speed, lowered on FF2, and 02 TL Type-S wheels after 5-lug swap. Plan on keeping her till 1 million.

What year is the accord?
Also, have you checked the fuses in the fuse box under the hood?
There is a 15A fuse for the condenser fan.

I would redo that seal just to be safe. I usually tap the seals LIGHTLY with a 1/2 extension and rubber mallet. Always works for me.
