HAHA. Man calm down. You pop out the climate control by carefully pulling at the edges, make sure you don't pry it out and really crack it.

Why use the Type-R ECU? It makes more sense to run the B18C ECU and have better gas and reasonable performance.

Yeah if you're not comfy with wiring, better to get the harness from the junk yard. I'm sure someone has a schematic online for this conversion.

Does sound like a vacuum leak issue, use brake cleaner on the possible areas to check for leaks.

You can, but why? These spring rates aren't matched for the heavier DC. Best to get the right spring rates for a proper suspension upgrade.

205 usually does rub from what I've seen. Better to run 195 tires so that it doesn't rub.

Are you sure that you cleaned your throttle body the right way? If you didn't you could have clogged it with a bunch of gunk.

To really make sure, get a dial gauge and make sure that the duration is the correct one.
