You probably will want more but you dont need anything larger than 10 gauge if your only running 150 watts. Its definately sufficient. If you run 8 gauge you'll be fine but 4 gauge won't fit into...

could also be in valet mode but if the alarm part of it is still working then probably not. Its not a problem with the led because it would be off if that were messed up, sounds like you have a short...

best thing to do is start disconnecting indevidual speakers from behind the radio until you have sound again, then test the speaker leads with a multimeter for shorts and continuity
