I believe you should be able to access the speaker screws once removing the doorskin. It'll be a bit more difficult that the rears which are almost too easy, but should still be doable if you've got...

^^ He's probably got it. Is it sort of like a metallic buzzing sound? I've got the same and am planning on just taking it off next time I feel like getting under it.

No problem. I believe your cylinder head can be reused, unless it is severely warped. You can get a basic idea using a good straight edge, and if there is some warpage you can get yours milled. If...

Steer is right, a straight pipe will get you nothing. Unfortunately, a cat-back got me a failed inspection and ticket threats anyway.

A blown head gasket can cause a car to not start if it floods the cylinders too badly. Other times it will start rough and smooth out as you described. I would put my money on that given you...
