D series vtec solenoid on TypeR Head

hey my vtec solenoid broke (i crashed my car and it snapped in half), i was wondering if i could use a D16Z6 Solenoid. It looks like it'd fit. Thanks again

I was wondering if i should stick with the stock ITR Crank Pulley or go with an aftermarket one. Any ideas? My opinion was to just stick with the OEM Type R pulley but i was reading that lighter...
