Default Newbie Question, What part is this?

I have a quick question that i think i might already have the answer too..... Well anyways im pretty new to the whole car game and was just wondering what part this is.

Correct me if im wrong but doesnt this go behind the main crank pulley and if so does it go in between the Pulley and the Plastic or behind both the plastic and the Pulley.

I have another part that im gonna post too but i think that ill have less luck with it.

My friend was gonna help me put everything together but he went to jail and he doesnt get out for awhile so ive been learning on my own trying to figure everything out.

thanks in advance for the answer. And hopefully my type R will be running soon.

you are correct... that is the spacet that goes on the crank pully. I believe it goes behind the pully. If I am not mistaken tho there should be 2 of them to fit in front and behind the hear behind the crank pully that the timing belt rubs on...
I have not taken a motor apart in a while so I am a bit rusty.

It goes behind the crank pulley, it is called a timing belt guide. 13622-PR3-000 PLATE, TIMING BELT GUIDE 1 2000 INTEGRA 4.07 3.17

The ITR only has one as the timing belt gear is also different. Edit: I believe it goes inside the plastic timing belt cover but if someone else can confirm for 100% on where exactly it goes...
