cigarette lighter outlet not working. help please

i recently bought a gps and found out that my lighter outlet doesnt work. Does anyone know where the fuse box is at for the lighter outlet? or is it something else besides my fuse?

i have an 05 honda civic. I need help replacing my stock suspension for new coilovers. I want a smooth and non bummy ride. what is the best coilovers to go with? willing to spend around 1200.

I don't think I overinflated my tires. Theyre all are at 30 psi which should be right. How much do you think it will cost to buy/rebuild my struts?
