Re: Has anyone put compound turbos on any DOHC Honda's?

Just do it, don't listen to what anyone has to say about it. It has been discussed before and the answer is always the same: "stick with one, /thread"

There is a reason that there are OEM compound...

Re: B16a2 w/ PR4 pistons - compression test #'s?

Heh, you're complaining about grammar and you start a sentence with the word "And."

What is really blowing my mind is how you have over 3000+ posts on this forum and know nothing about your car.

Re: Body Shop Quote

Yes any paint shop that will do a "Good" job will cost about that much. I was quoted $3000 by a good shop for them to just respray my car the OEM color even if I did all of the prep work.

You can...

Re: GSR -P0302 and P1399 DTC

Ya, I think every tooth is ~4.5 degrees (correct me if I'm wrong). An easy way to check the timing is to set your crank to TDC (align marks) then take your valve cover off. The two Cam Gears have...

Re: GSR -P0302 and P1399 DTC

Those look like Misfire Codes, 0302 being a misfire on cylinder 2 and 1399 being "Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire"

Re: Integra dying all over the place...

Sounds like a problem with common grounds. Did you do any wire splicing on or near your ECU? The only reason datalogging would stop (without touching the computer) would be to lose power from the...

Re: Integra dying all over the place...

Always great information here -_-

OP, can you by chance take a datalog and post a picture of the point when it dies? This will help a lot if you can. I am assuming that you have that capability...

Re: ITR TB CFM rate?

Exactly, you are trying to compute quantities that the automotive engineers are getting paid to.

Re: ITR TB CFM rate?

You are getting too technical. Even if you DID have a pitot tube and data logged the velocity (in which you would need to buy one anyways) at WOT, how are you going to compare horsepower to (delta)...

#20 in the picture is a spring, but it doesn't allow for flex in the system. Those springs are designed to keep a constant force between the bolt and the nut so that they don't vibrate themselves...

Re: Pressure in the valve cover. HELP Whats causing this????

This is normal, this is why people have large catch can systems on their cars, to help vent these gasses rather than relying on the little tube running to the intake piping. It's mostly from blowby....
