the tbelt is what drives the cam gears. i belive that motor is an interference motor. so if the tbelt snap you might have bent valves. put the belt on and do a compression test. that will tell you if...

I had a problem with an ls motor. For some reason the idle speed screw would back out on it's own causing the idle to rise. I fixed this problem by taking the screw out and putting thread locker on...

b18c1 and put a diffrent intake manifold on it like I did. Everything is plug and play. Will have to run a wire for the knock sensor. If you run a p72 ecu. Will also need shifter linkage.
