Icon6 vtec breaking up after build

I am at a loss here on my b18c1 in my 93 si. Vtec was working fine before I built the motor. The only things that I changed in the build are cams, pistons, cam gears, tbody, valve train. The cams are set at zero. Vtec engauges but spits and sputters. I haven't gotten over 6k rpms because of new cams and piston rings. Could it be as simple as getting it tuned?? Or is something else? I am running a jdm p72 ecu. Before the build I had 52psi of oil pressure at 3k. After the build I have 75 psi at 3k. Don't think that would make a differnce. I do plan on getting it tuned and getting a p28 chipped with hondata s300. The motor has 90 miles on it sence the rebuild. I haven't been driving it much at all because I don't want to risk blowing it up.
The Build
skunk2 flat valves, dual valve springs, cam gears, pro2 cams, 70mm tbody.
Arias forged pistons +5.4cc dome.
new honda oil pump.
new headgasket
arp headstuds
moroso 5.5 quart oil pan and pick up
What was aready installed before the build
skunk2 intake manifold
hondata intake gasket
4into1 header
test pipe
cat back exhust
msd 6al box, cap, rotor external coil.

You need a tune, bigger injectors and fuel pump.

its been proven that when you first rebuild the motor the first 30minutes of life is most critical i read somewhere where you gotta do like a oil change after like 20 minutes of the engine running, also you gotta run that **** like a boss if not its gonna be a *****(hehe sorry way off-topic, im sure you know this stuff) but i aint got a clue on how to fix your problem other then try that p28 with hondata/

forgot to say that I have a 255lph fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator. I have a set of h22 290cc injectors. Or should I go bigger for injectors? like 310?

N/A Forum. I wouldn't drive pass 3k RPM until you get a full tune. Your A/F is way off.

I figured it out and I feel like a dumb@ss. I had a left over dowel pin that I couldn't figure out where it went. So I put everything back together not knowing where this dowel pin came from. Well now I know. The dowel pin I had left over went in camshaft bearing cap #3 in the middle for the vtec oil feed. I am waiting for a new seal that got damaged somehow on install. but once I get this new seal I will let you know when it get it back together. I am 99.9% sure it is going to take care of my vtec issue.
