RHD SubFrame on LHD

Hi All

My subframe on my LHD S2K is damaged. Is it possible to fix a RHD Subframe on my car? Would it be a direct fit or any modifications required?!?

I've got a 1996 Delsol with 8,200 redline and 220kms max speed. Do you have one of these clusters or anything close to this config?!?

My Sol doesn't airbags only ABS brakes.
