so in short the set up is (as seen on the dyno)

longblock is a b18c (japan gsr)
stock s80 tranny.
stock head, stock dizzy
01 itr cams w/stock gears
wiseco 9:1:1 pistons (compression 180 psi...

i used abrasive wheels and paint thinner (it was cheap) to clean the valves and a thin lapping compound for the valve seats. and of course each valve stayed with its seat.

takes the problem of wheel hop out completely. the car either slings forward or looses traction lol. the front torque mount makes more vibration for sure but it can be removed easy.

there is only 1 93 pump where i live and 1 e85 pump also. i've been driving on 93 since i found that station but the dyno was on 92.

i almost went with a performer x or a victor x also. i still might change in the future. i would like to move on to e85 but i'll drive it as is for now.

thanks guy's , i bought this turbo from him a few years back so its probably the older version (but im just guessing). the project went on the back burner for a bit.

it could be fixed but i wouldn't choose to repair it. i've been a collision tech for about 9 yrs. that rip in the metal would most likely get longer as you work the metal out. plus welding it back up...
